DAVID'S DANCE:Dance For Your Health



And David danced before the LORD with all his might.

        Throughout history,  nothing has been so mindblowing as the dance of king David,In fact, David removed the king cloak and danced 'madly'in the pubIic.I kinda wish I was there. (true fun).

   Dancing has been a way to stay fit for people of all ages, shapes and sizes. It has a wide range of physical and mental benefits including:
*improved condition of your heart and lungs
*increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness
*Increased aerobic fitness
*Improved muscle tone and strength
weight management
*Stronger bones and reduced risk of osteoporosis
*Better coordination, agility and flexibility
*Improved balance and spatial awareness
*increased physical confidence
*Improved mental functioning
*Improved general and psychological wellbeing
*Greater self-confidence and self-esteem
better social skills.
Dancing, like King David could be of greater fun when you dance for a cause, a true one.  When you DANCE wholeheartedly it releases you of stress and so much worries.Dancing FOR the right cause is even more important.While David had CHRIST in mind, you can have something very true and positive in mind.
CONCLUSION
    Dancing is really much fun.It is also excellent for the health.However some kind of dances can be very unhealthy like very aggressive break dancing,twerking and some others.Read my other post on Dabbing:the strange dance.Love y'all tlists!
