A HEART'S CRY: Live For the right cause Today

The idea that you should live your life to the fullest without any purpose is the most foolish concept I have ever heard of. You know the greatest way to live a fulfilled life-have a positive drive here are some health benefits.

1) A Positive Outlook is good for the heart
Optimists are less likely to get heart disease than pessimists. A study of 999 people over the age of 65 found that optimists had a 77% lower risk of heart disease than pessimists.
Much of this is because of the way in which we mentally and emotionally process daily events in life. People with a more positive attitude generally get less irritated and stressed with the challenges of life. Due to the impact of stress on the cardiovascular and immune systems, learning to cultivate a sense of optimism can add years to a person’s life.

2) Happiness helps us get over the cold
People who are happy, lively and calm have better immune systems. One study saw nasal drops of the cold and flu virus given to 193 people between the ages of 21 and 55 and discovered that those who were happier and more positive (defined as a positive emotional style) got less sick and recovered faster.

How we feel affects the immune system and therefore our ability to fight off a cold or even our risk of catching one in the first place.

3) Counting blessings improves happiness
If you wanted a simple tool to increase your happiness THEN look no further than counting blessings. People who COUNT their BLESSINGS tend to be happier than those who don’t. A study compared people keeping a list of blessings with people listing their hassles and found that the blessings group were 25% happier than the hassles group.

A simple exercise that I use is to catch yourself a few times a day and ask, ‘what am I grateful for right now?’ It helps to create a habit of counting blessings. Happiness is a side-effect.

4) A Positive outlook about ageing helps us live longer-HAVE you ever thought of this?
A POSITIVE ATTITUDE can add years to our lives. One study examined 660 people and found that those who felt positive about getting older lived seven and a half years longer than those with a negative outlook about ageing.

Whether we can THINK  OF ageing in a positive way or a negative way matters. Even how we act – whether we act younger or older than our real age – also plays a part in how quickly we age. Mindset gives us far more control over the ageing process than most people realise.I knew a woman who looked nearly half her age and she always put her mind on CHRIST. (Was this the secret? ).Anyway,  it is good to let a true Lead light your path.

f) Smiling helps us live longer
Research shows that people who genuinely SMILE(who use the muscles beside their eyes – known as the orbicularis oculi) are more likely to live past the age of 80 than people who don’t genuinely smile.Try to live your life in truth, Christians say they live FOR GOD and are fulfillment. A gospel song doesn't hurt,  infact they can be inspiring.
A life filled with PURPOSE is  a life full of better dreams. Many people derive their purpose FROM GOD. Even if you aren't a devout follower of Jesus yet,  wanting to know him more can get you live the life. Do you ever wish to live a life where all your worries and sorrows are over?  Maybe you need JESUS or TRUTH

DABBING:THE STRANGE DANCE

  One obvious mistake many of us make is to just engage in anything popular culture without really finding out what it actually denotes.
Here bow wow , a rapper talks about its origin.
      The rapper/actor took to social media to explain the origin of the currently popular “dab” dance. Connecting the fad to a trendy way to consume marijuana, smoking hash concentrate oil, Bow Wow tried to school the kids on how the face-to-arm motion became popular.

“The world dabbing and they don’t even understand or know what dab is. First of all, dab is a strong way to smoke marijuana, it’s the purest form of marijuana. It’s extremely strong, so the dance comes from when you smoking and you coughing, the first thing you do is [hits dab],” he said.

 As strange as dabbing looks it, ever since it was 'created' it became so popular and you still have so many people doing this dance.The origin of anything does not only reveal what it is all about, everything is minimally traced to its origin...

The term 'dab it' is getting quite popular but does it even look sane? Where did this come from? This rapper tells it all.

Where Sagging Originated From

    It is  now commonly known that sagging originated from prison.However, there is something many are not aware of.This is really a strange trend.Sagging, which implies wearing your trousers below waist level, is rooted in HOMOSEXUALITY.

Sagging was used by homosexuals to send a hint to their anonymous patner that  they are available for rear-end sex.One of  the visions of the Elite(In case you don't know about this, they are the crazy but wealthy families, who dictate what happens in politics,media and the economy.It is tough to say,but they literally rule the world) is to create useless,controllable people who are easily swayed,devoid of reasoning,easily impressionable and mentally unstable Individuals in the society.One way to achieve this, is by making brave, manly men FAGGOTS.While some people strangely believe in the fantasy of gay pride and all the nonsense we are being fed with by the media.Let me show you what a teal family looks like

           One cannot help but wonder where this generation is heading to.The society has gone haywire by not only promoting vain personalities as role models (check my article on VMA award night, a show of nakedness), but accepting vain programmes and everything distasteful on media.In fact, the media is responsible for  a lot of horribble  occurences in our society today.That would be a topic for another day.That the media is responsible for mass corruption, is no excuse for your very own indulgence!There are so many'viruses', but one deadly virus that eats up the mentality  is PORNOGRAPHY!And when I am talking about pornography I am not just talking about the extreme  ones here .Let us check out the literal meaning of  pornography.This is the meaning from dictionary.  Pornography involves SEXUALLY  explicit photographs, writings, videos or the  like, whose PURPOSE is to elicit sexual arousal.

 Now you see the meaning of pornography has been rarely 'applied'.PORNOGRAPHY means anything on DISPLAY that is intended to cause immediate sexual arousal.What does this mean?Your favorite teen, love story or soap opera might be pornography!Your  wonderful role model might be a porn star.Maybe that is why our generation is so 'animalistic' in sexualization .Rape   of three year olds, casual sex and sexual slavery is now so common. All these are causing problems within our society,  We are slowly embracing thahypersexuality,bestiality,murder,rape,sodomy and vulgarity.It is now being accepted as entertainment.No one is vigilant anymore, because we have been desensitized a long time ago.This is what one can call 'brainwashing'.I mean even when we were  little children,we were fed with 'cool' garbage.I mean just take a look at this critically.

  The society has gotten so busy that many people have lost the bond and oneness the family once shared in the past.
2. Parent's Negligence
  Most of the problem families face is largely due to improper training of children or carelessness.Any time a parent does not carefully supervise their child or monitor their activities more closely,he is responsible for any wrongdoing of that child.

3. Lack of true love
 Many families claim that they truly love each other?Do they really understand true love?Love is not selfish,it is perfect, and flawless.

THE VMA NIGHT, A SHOW OF NAKEDNESS.

    I don't attend the grammys or VMA shows, but I think I need to write about this, because this sick culture is now widely encouraged  among our youths.The 2016 VMA award show kicked off at  about August 28,still visualizing what it is known for-oversexualization.We live in a society  where  confused women rant about female 'power'and some sort of feminism, which  can be achieved most times by becoming a sexed freak!Come on,  some years ago, these ladies could go to jail for unlawful body exposure,but now, no one really cares.Everyone keeps on talking  about how many people are becoming perverts ,how rape, bestiality,ponography and all kinds of abnormal sexual behaviour is on the rise,but no one is facing the cause.Maybe people are too scared or too desensitized!The society is becoming like a whore house, these days ladies are barely clad,men are not making use of their buckles anymore and reavealing their boxers.People are being kidnapped  more often and brutalized, little girls are being molested-and where do the perverts get their inspirtion from?The TV box!Let us get right into this.
